sondra 2012Confession: I am in love with great food and embrace anyone who knows what they’re doing in the kitchen. But – and this is huge – if it’s not pretty, if the cook hasn’t a clue about presentation, I’m movin’ on. I know, some folks don’t care. They’re only concerned with taste. Not me.  I want it great. I want it gorgeous. Looks count because for me dining is or should be an aura. And since this is my blog, that’s what you’re going get here. Aura and awesome recipes of course. We’ll talk about food and those who prepare it. We’ll showcase the tools they use and the places they prepare these scrumptious meals. We’ll feature everything from sauces to sandwiches and try to stay on the simpler side to encourage more readers to indulge. It should go without saying, we welcome your two cents.
